The Legend rugget roller units are mounted on a sturdy beam. The unit's 4 or 6 roller discs are mounted 100 mm apart for a working width of 400 or 600 mm per unit, and each roller has its own arm so that they can move up and down independently. Each roller disc arm has its own compression spring. Due to the single design and no rivets maintenance time is kept to a minimum. Each roller disc with its teeth consists of one piece of high tensile strength steel. Because there are no rivets, there is no need for maintenance work. The teeth has a hardened point for a long life.
